How long does it take to receive ordered goods?

If the product you have ordered is in stock, the goods will be sent out within 48 hours. If the goods are not in stock, you will be contacted to advise when they will be available and your credit card will not be charged until we send the goods out to you.

Is your credit card facility secure?

Yes, we use the SSL Secure Ordering System which ensures your credit card details remain secure online. Once orders have been processed your credit card details are automatically deleted off our system.

Can I buy goods as a gift for a friend and pay for them with my credit card?
Of course, when you fill in the delivery form, put your friend's name and address in the delivery field, and your own credit card details in the payment area.

I want to order a poster on your website. Will it arrive damaged from being posted?

We do everything we can to ensure our products arrive in one piece on your doorstep. The posters are rolled in brown craft paper and put into a strong poster tube for shipping and we have never had any damaged in transit. DVD's are packaged in padded post packs and taped with Fragile tape to try to minimize rough treatment.

Can I play your DVD's on my Australian DVD player?

All of our DVDs work on Australian DVD players, in fact the majority of the DVDs are multi-zone and can be played on any DVD player all around the world.
